When you claim a lawyer profile, the following information is stored, among other things: e-mail address, password (encrypted), description of your services, company affiliation, legal areas including keywords and contact information.
When you request a quote for legal services, the following information is stored, among other things: your e-mail address, name, desired legal areas and your other contact information.
Information about lawyers (or associate etc.) is stored as long as the person is active and offers his services and there is no reason to believe that the person will not resume his work as a lawyer (or associate etc.) in the future.
For other users, the information is stored for a maximum of 10 years.

If you wish to make an assessment of a lawyer, we process personal data about you and the relevant lawyer in order to fulfill our agreement with you in accordance with the GDPR article 6 no. 1 a). The processing is also based on the legitimate interest consumers have in such assessments being published for reasons of competition and the possibility of better legal services. GDPR Article no. 1 f) allows us to process information that is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest that outweighs the consideration of the individual's privacy.

If you wish to request an offer of legal services, we will process personal data about you in order to fulfill an agreement with you in accordance with GDPR article 6 no. 1 b). If you agree that we can market our services to you, then the processing basis for marketing is GDPR Article 6 no. 1 a), where you consent to our processing of information about you.
